Brief Outline of Quest idea: 	<I mean BRIEF! Should you go into unecessary 
				detail here, your reader may not find anything
				interesting when you tell how the quest went.
				So make this a concept packed section.>

Synopsis of Quest: 	<Make this as detailed as possible. Lack of detail will
			cause you to do more quests to be noticed for 
			promotion.>

Obstacles Participants faced: 	<This can range from lag, to someone 
				interfering, to the mud crashing. It 
				includes difficult mobs, etc..>

Player Opinion: <Get feedback BEFORE you award quest points/prizes.>

My Opinion: 	<This is where you get to say all that good and bad stuff
		about players, how you think the quest went, whether the
		quest did unfold as expected or did it go in another
		direction that was not planned. Include all the juicy
		stuff!>

Player Deaths: 		<List mobs that killed players. Sometimes this is difficult
			because the deaths are fast and furious. Do your
			best. This gives your evaluators a way to judge
			YOU. i.e. Are your quests too difficult for the
			level of players and number in group?>

Points/Prizes: 		<Say who got what and why.>


Special Thanks: 	<This is obvious. All good quests get some help from 
			either a mortal who thinks of creative solutions, 
			or an Imm+ that helps you. Give thanks to them, cause
			if you don't they may not help you next time.>
